Behaviour and Attitudes

At Kehelland school we have high expectations for behaviour and believe that relationships are central to all we do. We are very proud that we know every child and family and care about everyone equally. We know that pupils and staff have a two way communication that supports each other. We do not believe in punitive punishments. We believe in working with compassion to support children and families with choices and behaviour, while having firm consequences. Behaviour is always communication and we will listen and support children as best we can always.  Please see our Relational Policy for more information on how we work together to support kind, respectful and positive behaviour and attitudes toward each other and learning.
